More Information

Naturopathic Doctors (NDs) employ a unique and comprehensive approach to improving health and treating illness. The primary goal of treatment is to address the cause of disease.

The patient is seen as a whole person and the ND takes into account  the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual dimensions when diagnosing and developing treatment.

NDs focus on prevention and working with nature and the body’s ability to heal itself.

NDs look to the most successful natural treatments and diagnostic techniques used around the world.  Focus is on Oriental and European systems, healthcare solutions that have been around for hundreds of years.

NDs are the only licensed health care practioners trained in the safe and effective use of treatments combining herbal medicine, clinical nutrition, lifestyle counselling, homoeopathy, orthomolecular medicine, physical therapies and acupuncture.

NDs also have extensive training in western, or allopathic, diagnosis and research. The added advantage being that an ND can speak the same language as your MD.

We know, all to your benefit, how to work with your MD in an integrative way, to appreciate and utilize the strengths of modern science and research.

We work with the government, research and medical communities to be at the forefront of understanding, predicting and reporting on herb-drug-vitamin interactions.

As an ND, I would be happy to help you find natural solutions that work and are safe for you.
